Dr. Victor Aviles serves as Chief of Hematology and Oncology at Falmouth Hospital, and Consultant in Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. He attended Brown University and Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Aviles and his wife founded the practice in 2006.
Dr. Hannah Yamin earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Michael's College where she majored in Biology and minored in Mathematics. She attended medical school at the University Of New England College Of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship and residency at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, RI, and Hematology and Medical Oncology fellowship at the combined Brown University/RWMC program. Dr. Yamin and her husband, a gastroenterologist in Hyannis, live in Sandwich with their 2 children. She joined HOSCC in January 2014 and is currently accepting new patients.
Dr. Barry Cuiffo received his M.D at SUNY-Downstate. After his internship and residency at Presbyterian University Hospital in Pittsburg, he completed a clinical and research fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at Tufts-New England Medical Center. He practiced in Brockton Massachusetts for many years prior to joining HOSCC. Dr. Cuiffo is a founding member of the Massachusetts Society of Clinical Oncologists. He and his wife are looking forward to spending more time at their home on Cape Cod.
Stephanie M. Tudor, PA-C, MHS, MSPH, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of California, Santa Cruz. She then attended the University of Colorado earning a Master’s degree in Public Health, focusing on the epidemiology of chronic diseases. Subsequently, she pursued another Master’s degree of Health Sciences at Duke University in North Carolina, completing certification as a Physician Assistant. Previously a westerner, she relocated to Cape Cod with her husband who is a tenured scientist at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. She joined HOSCC in 2011.
Your care in the Infusion Suite is delivered by a team of experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses. They are with you each step of the process from lab draws to educating you and your caregivers about your diagnosis as well as your treatment plan.

This is where lab draws, port flushes, injections, and infusions take place. Chemotherapy as well as other medications and intravenous fluids are delivered here. Our infusion room is bright and spacious. Patients receive their treatments in comfortable recliners. There is a separate room with stretcher bed for those who need it. Patients and their companions can enjoy a movie, wireless internet, a card game, or a book from our library as well as coffee, tea, and snacks.
The on-site laboratory provides complete blood count results immediately. Up-to-the-minute laboratory data allow our doctors and nurses to make the safest and most effective treatment decisions for each patient. As another convenience and service to our patients, we can also do blood draws from ports or peripherally to send specimens to outside laboratories.
